Winners of 2022 Quilt Festival Announced

The Granville Quilt Show held in conjunction with the Annual Granville Fall Festival on October 1st had 185 quilts entered. Entries were beautifully displayed at the Historic Granville United Methodist Church. First place winners (shown in photo below left to right) are Faye Daily, Overton County; Kathy Wilkerson, Smith County; Anne Marcellis, Wilson County; Maggie Klenke, Smith County; Carol Liddle, Wilson County; Theresa Maddox, Cumberland County; Donna Coburn, Jackson County; Linda Kitchell, Cumberland County; Terri Dillehay and granddaughter, Nora Dillehay, Smith County and Cathy Voice, Putnam County.
Faye Daily of Overton County (pictured) received the Best of Show Award at the Granville Quilt Show with her "Appliqued - Machine Quilted" quilt, The Baltimore Spring. Daily's quilt was chosen from entries from Cumberland, Jackson, Overton, Putnam, Smith and Wilson Counties.
Putnam County won the Guild Award for the Most Quilts Entered with 47 quilts entered.
