As the United States commemorates its 250th Anniversary, Historic Granville and the Granville Museum present a year-long celebration honoring the rich heritage and enduring spirit of our nation. You are invited to embark on a meaningful journey that reflects on the voices, values and moments that have shaped our country.

Throughout 2026, Historic Granville will incorporate patriotic programming into its seasonal festivals and special events.
America's natural beauty, cultural heritage and civic ideas will be celebrated through music, speakers, interactive exhibits and reflective activities.

a compelling new

In collaboration with the East Tennessee History Museum, Granville will host a special exhibit highlighting baseball's role in American culture. More than a pastime, baseball has reflected and influenced social change, bringing people together across boundaries.
