Step Back in Time

Follow the Roberts family on a remarkable journey of hope and determination.  In this stirring work of historical fiction, their path unfolds from Granville County, North Carolina, across rugged miles and uncertain days, in in pursuit of a brighter future.

Their dream leads them onward to the "Promised Land" of Tennessee's Upper Cumberland - where, at last their long and weary journey finds its end in the spring of 1810.

This remarkable story of one of the most historic and interesting excursion in the state of Tennessee was written by Ogeal Halfacre Webster.  Ms. Webster is a well informed historian of Granville.

This outdoor experience will be set in Pioneer Village with an 1820s cabin, historically accurate to the time period of this story.
