Granville has so much to offer during the Christmas Season and everyone is invited to experience Historic Granville: "Tennessee's Mayberry Town". Enjoy a Festival of Trees, a Ladies Luncheon & Fashion Show, Antique Toy Show, Christmas Characters on Parade, great gift shopping and so much more. A "must see" each year is the Sutton Historic Homestead. Each room will been decorated with a specific theme in mind with a tree in each room. Take advantage of special events or just come to get into the Spirit of Christmas! Town Tour Tickets are $7.00 each will give you access to all attractions and ensure you don't miss anything!

Ladies Fashion Show & Luncheo

Celebrate the season on the first day of our festive Open House, featuring a delightful Ladies Fashion Show and Luncheon.

Gather your friends for a wonderful day, starting with early shopping at 9:00 am. Then, enjoy a stylish fashion show at 11:00 am, showcasing the latest fall and winter trends and accessories from Granville Gift Shop. As a bonus, enjoy exclusive shopping discounts.

Throughout Granville, the town will be aglow with beautiful Christmas decorations, setting the perfect holiday mood. Your ticket for the fashion show and luncheon also includes a Town Tour, making it a full day of holiday cheer.

Mayberry Christmas Dinner Theatre

Featuring: "The Love of Christmas"

Our Mayberry Dinner Theatre is one of our most popular events. Join us in December for something special to add to your Christmas celebration. Your meal will be served at the historic Sutton General Store Dining Room, and the performances will be held at our spacious Event Center, just steps from the store. A great meal and a live performance is sure to bring you some Christmas joy!

Breakfast with Santa

8:30 - 10:30 am

Children's Activities

12:30 to 2:30 pm

The celebration begins with Breakfast with Santa. A "Come and Go Event" with a special breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 10:30 am at the Event Center. Reservations are required for this event, and tickets may be purchased online or by calling 931-653-4151. Tickets for this event include Country Christmas Festival admission.

Later in the day a program just for children will be planned from 12:30 - 2:30 pm. Imaginations will soar with enchanting Christmas stories told by our lively storytellers and with festive crafts to create a keepsake to remember the day.

A Christmas Parade and a Visit with Santa will be a special treat for the children. These afternoon activities are included in the Country Christmas Festival admission.
