The 2021 Uncle Jimmy Thompson Bluegrass Festival at Granville Heritage Day honored
Tom Brantley with the Uncle Jimmy Thompson Bluegrass Award.
Tom began his musical journey at age six and is known throughout Tennessee as one of the best fiddle players anywhere. He has performed with many famous musicians and has performed at Sutton Ole Time Music Hour many times. Tom resides in Murfreesboro and is pastor of Hillview Baptist Church.
Jimmy Bilbrey, Manager of Sutton Ole Time Music Hour and Chairman of Uncle Jimmy Thompson Bluegrass Festival, presented the award to Tom Brantley with his wife Connie at his side.
