This is a commendable initiative by MOCA. The 10-week course enhances local capacity and builds regional partnerships for integrity assurance. It's excellent to see collaboration with Canadian instructors. For tools related to documentation, I recommend checking out Voice Typing for efficient voice-to-text solutions.

It sounds like the 6th Annual Mayberry Lucy Festival will be a fantastic tribute to Andy Griffith! I'm excited to see the new shows, especially "Remembering Andy Griffith." Will the password game be part of the festivities this year?

Selling in rural Galway, half my listings are stone cottages I can't fit a 360 rig in.

Converting normal wide shots to 360s gets them on Daft.ie with the virtual tour badge. Buyers haven't complained yet.
