Sounds like a wonderful community event — the Mayberry & Lucy Festival brings such charm and nostalgia to Granville, and it’s great to see people coming together to celebrate local culture and fun activities, and while festival planning and tech are very different worlds, exploring topics like why erp implementations fail can also teach us a lot about avoiding common pitfalls, planning carefully, and coordinating efforts so group initiatives of any kind run smoothly.
