About the Event
Learn to mill and bake whole-grain breads in your own kitchen. Breads baked with freshly milled flour provide optimal nutrition. Learn the history of various grains, the nutritional value and benefits of each grain.
Workshop will be held at the Granville Artisan Workshop & Gallery, but participants should check in at the T. B. Sutton General Store.
