Smith County FCE Night Owls Awarded First Place

Congratulations to the Smith County FCE Night Owls Club who were awarded first place as the "Best Decorated" tree at the 2023 Granville Festival of Trees.

This year marks the 12th year of this annual event and features 20 beautifully decorated trees with the theme “A Christmas Hallmark Movie Town.” This year's festival features the trees in partitioned room settings to allow for decorative features surrounding the trees to enhance the overall theme.

Trees are decorated by individuals and organizations from Jackson, Putnam, Smith and Wilson Counties. The festival is located at Granville Museum and is open Wednesday through Friday from 12:00 to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.

In addition to the Festival of Trees, guests will enjoy the Christmas Characters on Parade, the "Toy Chests of our Past" Antique Toy Show and the many beautiful decorations outside and inside our shops and museums.

The Sutton Ole Time Music Hour presents Christmas Dinner Shows during the month of December. Tickets for Dinner Shows are $25 and include a delicious holiday meal and musical performance. Reservations are required and tickets may be purchased on this website or by calling 931-653-4151.

First Place Winner for "Best Decorated Tree" in the 2023 Granville Festival of Trees is the Smith County FCE Night Owls Club. See this display and many others at the Granville Museum until December 30th.
