Independence Hall

Independence Hall, located adjacent to the Granville Gift Shop, opened in March of 2026.

The main portion of this building was constructed in 1900 and owned by F.A. Kelly.

The building has served as a bank, a church and a private residence throughout the years, as well as being located on different lots in town before being moved to the current location.

Through 2026, the building will be dedicated to exhibits commemorating America's 250th Anniversary. These exhibits will interpret and preserve the stories, objects and landmarks that define our community and reflect our share heritage as a state and a nation.
