The Granville Mercantile

The Granville Mercantile is a historic building in the heart of Granville, which has been renovated into a fantastic home with lots of space. It includes two bedrooms with baths, a full kitchen, and a great room with a wet bar, pool table, tv, and a half bath. We are right across the street from the Sutton Store.

From our front porch you’ll walk through the century-old, double doors (eight feet tall with their original “wavy” glass) and enter into an incredible event space. The great room of the Granville Mercantile is 1,500 square feet of beauty with soaring ceilings, incredible (functional) trusses, original hardwood flooring, a bar built from the countertop of another old Granville store, splashes of color, original art, and a direct view through the storefront windows to the historic Ben Sutton store.

Rye Street RV Park

Located right in the heart of Granville at 120 Rye Street, we have two back to back pads available in a neighborhood setting so your visit will be quiet and relaxing. We offer individual 50 amp electrical hookups (50 amp male to 30 amp female adapters required for 30 amp service), 110 outlet, public water, and a septic dump station for each pad. Pads are crushed stone.
Sites are located in the middle of town and within a short walk to Sutton General Store, Granville shops, Museums, Lakeside General Store and a beautiful lakeside park. Access to nearby boating, swimming, fishing, hunting and horseback riding are also available.
