"Visions of Christmas: Spread Good Tidings"

The Christmas Season in Granville is for the whole family to enjoy.  There are activities that will appeal to all ages.

The Granville Museum will host a Festival of Trees with 30 beautifully and uniquely decorated by various community groups and individuals.  Stepping into the Exhibit Room will be like entering into a Christmas Wonderland.

The Sutton Homestead is beautifully decorated for the Christmas season.  With a meaningful tree in every room, you will enjoy a guided tour with a docent to tell you about each tree and the unique Christmas decorations.

Christmas Shopping  December provides a great opportunity to purchase handmade and unique gifts.  Staff at Sutton General Store, Granville Gift Shop, Southern Shops of Granville and Granville Broom Works will help you select something just right.

.

In addition to a hometown Christmas Parade, an Antique Toy Show, all types of entertainment and shopping, you will see our Christmas Characters on Parade exhibit.  This exhibit features over 70 hand painted characters located all up and down our beautifully decorated streets.  These characters will even be illuminated so that you can drive through and enjoy the exhibit in the evening.

Click on Schedule of Events above to see all the planned activities for the day.
